2026 scholarship application
Applications are being accepted Monday, Jan. 5, through Saturday, Feb. 14.
This scholarship fund is part of the Monroe County Community Foundation’s family of funds and uses a common application to apply for several scholarship opportunities through one application.
Completed applications and all supporting materials must be emailed to Scholarships@ffao.org or mailed (with postmark by Feb. 14, 2026) to Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, 35 Public Square, Nelsonville, OH 45764.
Support the Gregory S. Baker Scholarship Fund
Gifts to the Gregory S. Baker Scholarship Fund are tax-deductible and can be made in many ways, including cash, bequests, stock, real estate, royalties, insurance beneficiaries and qualified charitable distributions from IRAs.
To mail your donation, please designate the fund and mail to the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, 35 Public Square, Nelsonville, OH 45764.
Donations can be made online by designating the Gregory S. Baker Scholarship Fund when donating.
