Criteria:
- Must be graduating, have a GED, or be a past graduate of Monroe Central High School or Swiss Hills Career Center.
- Must be attend an accredited post-secondary institution providing trade/vocational training and certification, associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Must be pursuing education/training/certification in firefighting/EMT/EMS (given first priority), or a degree or certificate within the medical field.
