Bellisio Foods Scholarship Fund Provides Post-Secondary Scholarships for Children and Grandchildren of Bellisio Foods Employees
Jackson, OH – Bellisio Foods is pleased to announce the 2018 spring scholarship recipients from the Bellisio Foods Scholarship Fund at the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio (FAO). Spring 2018 scholarship recipients include Duston Castle of Jackson, Kelsey Maxwell of Wellston, and Dalton Teasley of Wellston.
The Bellisio Foods Scholarship Fund was established in honor of Bellisio Foods founder, Jeno Paulucci. The Fund awards scholarships to children and grandchildren of Bellisio Foods employees pursuing post-secondary education. Recipients are selected based on character, community service, financial need, and academic performance and potential.
“Our organization values the role we play in helping young people succeed in their post-secondary education,” said Joel Conner, Executive Chairman of Bellisio Foods. “These are great kids that come from great families, and supporting them truly is a privilege.”
Duston Castle is a 2017 graduate of Jackson High School. He is currently attending Ohio University – Chillicothe where he studies computer science. Duston is the son Herb Castle, an employee of Bellisio Foods in Jackson.
Kelsey Maxwell is a 2018 graduate of Wellston High School. She will be a freshman attending the University of Rio Grande where she will study early childhood education. Kelsey is the step-daughter of Wesley Bayer, an employee of Bellisio Foods in Jackson.
Dalton Teasley is a 2018 graduate of Wellston High School. He will be a freshman attending either Ohio University or Ohio State University studying music production. Dalton is the son of Vance Teasley, an employee of Bellisio Foods in Jackson.
The Foundation for Appalachian Ohio is pleased to partner with Bellisio Foods and others to support the educational pursuits of students in our region and beyond. The Foundation’s mission is to create opportunities for Appalachian Ohio’s citizens by inspiring and supporting philanthropy.
