- Graduating senior in Guernsey County
- Pursuing studies in the field of mental health, with a priority to those pursuing social work or counseling
* Denotes that this scholarship is included in FAO’s general scholarship application, which allows applicants to apply for nearly 30 scholarship opportunities through one application.

Applications are accepted annually in January and February.
