Jeanne Warne Frontz Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship supports women who are current or past Cambridge High School attendees, especially those who are pursuing postsecondary education as nontraditional students.

Born in 1942, Jeanne was a Guernsey County native and a 1960 graduate of Cambridge High School. As a single parent, she earned an accounting degree from The Ohio State University in 1969.

At a time when women were often steered toward traditional roles, Jeanne built a successful career as a certified public accountant -- first in the corporate world at Abbott Labs and later in her own tax-preparation business.

Jeanne also sought opportunities to mentor women, helping them to advance professionally and to secure their financial futures. Though she lived in Columbus, she remained closely connected to her hometown, leaving a legacy of resilience, service and advocacy.
