2026 scholarship application
Applications are being accepted Monday, Jan. 5, through Sunday, Feb. 15.
Scholarship applications must be submitted online through the Foundation Cloud Community Portal. If you are a first-time scholarship applicant, you will need to register and create an account in the Portal. If you are a returning applicant, you may use your existing account.

Eligibility Requirements and Criteria
- Graduating seniors of Guernsey County high schools, including students who attend the Mid-East Career Center
- Must demonstrate scholastic ability and financial need
- Demonstrate potential for civic leadership
Application Period
Scholarship applications are accepted annually in January and February.
