2026 scholarship application

Applications are being accepted Monday, Jan. 5, through Sunday, Feb. 15.

This scholarship is included in FAO’s general scholarship application, allowing applicants to apply for nearly 30 scholarship opportunities through one application.

Scholarship applications must be submitted online through the Foundation Cloud Community Portal. If you are a first-time scholarship applicant, you will need to register and create an account in the Portal. If you are a returning applicant, you may use your existing account.

Eligibility Requirements and Criteria

Criteria in order of priority:

  • Current or past participant in the Noble County 4-H program, including members and/or advisors
  • Students pursuing postsecondary education at The Ohio State University or another higher education institution in Ohio
  • Students pursuing postsecondary studies in education and/or home economics
  • Students pursuing postsecondary studies in public school administration

Application Period

Applications are accepted annually in January and February.
