Applications, available at, must be submitted with a 501(c)(3) IRS determination letter or audited financial statements for public organizations. Fortuna Grant Program applications must be post-marked by October 15, 2019, and mailed to Morgan Community Fund, P.O. Box 577, McConnelsville, OH 43756.
