Grants

The Foundation is excited to support initiatives designed to create opportunities for the region, its citizens, and its communities. Our various funds address areas of need across the region through grants.

There are a few ways to find out how a grant might support your work:

Over the course of the year, FAO will release applications for competitive grant opportunities focused in different areas. Recent mini-grants provided funding for classrooms to learn about businesses in STEMM fields and supported environmental education for youth in the region.

If you are interested in learning if your project might be a fit for one of FAO’s funds to support, contact the Foundation at 740.753.1111. And visit FAO’s additional resources page to learn what other organizations might have in terms of programs that would support your effort.

The Foundation announces grant opportunities through our e-newsletter – sign up today to get news of upcoming grants and learn more about what’s going on at the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio!
