About the fund
Established in 2023, the Southeast Ohio Health and Wellness Foundation Fund awards grants and scholarships that support health and wellness activities in the fund’s eight-county service area.
The service area includes Belmont, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas counties.
2026 community grant applications
2026 community grant applications are being accepted Monday, June 15, through Friday, July 31.
Nonprofit and public organizations are invited to apply for grant funding for projects and programs that promote health and wellness for community members of all ages. Eligible projects and programs must serve communities in the fund’s eight-county service area, which includes: Belmont, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas counties.
Priority will be given to community-based and grassroots organizations supporting local communities with services and resources offered outside hospital system settings.
Applications must be submitted online through the Foundation Cloud Community Portal. If you are a first-time applicant, you will need to register and create an account in the Portal. If you are a returning applicant, you may use your existing account.
