It is the founding donor’s hope that the resources provided by the fund can help Lawrence County’s Rock Hill Local School District be creative in inspiring and supporting students to prepare for their steps beyond high school, whether it be to attend college or a trade school.
Examples of opportunities made available by this fund and its generous donors include, but are not limited to:
- College visits
- Mentoring programs
- Paying for fees related to students’ applications to colleges or trade schools
- Hosting informational meetings for students and families to explore postsecondary opportunities
