Funding available for K-12 public schools and educators in Belmont, Guernsey and Monroe counties
NELSONVILLE, Ohio – Expand Energy and the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio (FAO) are accepting grant applications to support STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) educational activities in K-12 classrooms and schools in Belmont, Guernsey and Monroe counties.
Public school districts and educators working in those three counties are invited to apply for funding to implement enhanced STEM-based learning materials, opportunities and experiences during the 2026-27 school year. Grant awards, provided through the Expand Energy STEM Education Fund in partnership with FAO, are anticipated to range up to $1,000, but larger requests will be considered.
