Four Local Projects Receive Grant Funds
Corning, OH – The Southern Perry County Academic Endowment Fund (SPCAEF) announced four grant awards worth over $3,000. These grant awards support educational opportunities from science equipment to celebration of local history for southern Perry County residents.
“We are once again excited to support projects in southern Perry County that provide educational content to our residents,” said Lynann Bolyard with SPCEAF. “These grant awards provide invaluable financial support to community organizations that seek to educate our citizens and provide valuable resources to residents for years to come.”
SPCAEF was established in 1987 to create resources to promote academic experiences for residents of the Southern Local School District. A member of the Community Foundation for Perry County’s Family of Funds, SPCAEF partners with the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio to provide scholarships as well as community mini-grants to promote academic excellence and enrichment opportunities for Southern Local School District residents.
