The Donald R. “This grant honors the spirit of Don Myers and hisdedication to education in Appalachian Ohio,” said Cara Dingus Brook, presidentand CEO of the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio. “It will be a permanentremembrance of his work in our region and FAO is proud to be a partner in it.”

This year’s grant, inpartnership with the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, honors Mr. Myers’scommitment to education by ensuring all students at Belmont College will haveaccess to the same resources. In his honor, a plaque will be placed at thestation acknowledging the Don Myers Legacy Fund. To celebrate the grant, Brookpresented RJ Konkoleski of Belmont College with a $1,000 check at the recentEODA meeting, an annual gathering regularly attended by Myers in his role atOMEGA.
