The Vinton County Community Fund is holding its annual Fair to Family campaign Friday, July 31, at the 2026 Vinton County Junior Fair. The campaign invites buyers at the fair’s livestock sale to donate their hog and steer purchases and others to donate money to cover meat processing costs to fill the freezers of the St. Francis Evangelization Center’s food pantry and fight hunger – one pound at a time.
