Making a difference since 2022
The Vinton County Community Fund (VCCF) was established in August 2022, fulfilling a longtime dream of local residents who recognized the need for a community fund where those who live in and love Vinton County could give in ways that would benefit our people and communities today and for future generations.
Our goal is to establish and grow permanent charitable resources that provide continuous investment in the people and communities of Vinton County. Our motto, “Building a better today and transforming tomorrow,” guides our work and our grantmaking.
Today, we steward more than $760,000 in assets – all working together to fill our communities’ greatest needs, seize our most promising opportunities and build a strong foundation for our future.
Together with our donors and partners, we advance opportunities across five funding areas, known as our Pillars of Prosperity.
