Gifts to the Nelsonville Community Foundation’s endowment fund permanently grow grant funding for nonprofit and public organizations working to increase quality of life in our communities.

Your generosity supports efforts to improve health, create educational opportunities, advance economic development and environmental stewardship, and provide access to arts and cultural experiences – all with the goal of ensuring our people and communities flourish.

We are honored to partner with individuals, organizations and businesses who have generously given to create nine donor-established charitable funds that benefit Nelsonville and the surrounding communities of Buchtel, Carbon Hill and Murray City. Support the causes and communities closest to your heart with giving options that include: 

• Endowments to support specific charitable organizations and programs 

• Scholarships to provide educational opportunities to Nelsonville-York students 

• Field of interest funds to support specific charitable purposes 

• School funds to support academic and educational opportunities for the current and future students in a school district 

• Donor-advised funds for family and corporate giving
