Making a difference since 2022
The Lawrence County Community Foundation (LCCF) was established in July 2022 as a vehicle for attracting charitable resources that can be invested to benefit the people of Lawrence County today and into the future.
The Lawrence Economic Development Corporation, Ironton-Lawrence County Community Action Organization and Lawrence County Commission spearheaded the creation of the LCCF.
Our goal? To establish and grow permanent charitable funds and resources that provide continuous investment in Lawrence County. Today, we steward $2.3 million in assets – all working together to fill our communities’ great needs, seize our most promising opportunities and build a strong foundation for the future.
Together with our donors and partners, we advance opportunities across five funding areas, known as our Pillars of Prosperity.
