Criteria:
- Graduates of the Switzerland of Ohio School District (including Beallsville, Monroe Central, and River High Schools, and Swiss Hill Career Center) in Monroe County, OH
- Pursuing post-secondary study school (at an accredited technical/vocational, 2-year, or 4-year educational institution) studying education, including special needs education, or the sciences, including agriculture;
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and related work experience
