Recipients are selected based on character, community service, financial need, and academic performance and potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJeno Paulucci firmly believed in the power education has to better lives and communities and in showing gratitude to the dedicated employees who contribute to the mission and success of this company,\u201d said Joel Conner, senior advisor of Bellisio Foods. \u201cWe are honored to continue his legacy by supporting the dreams of the families within the Bellisio Foods family.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tessa Wells is a 2023 graduate of Jackson High School who plans to attend the University of Rio Grande, major in psychology and pursue a career in law enforcement. Tessa\u2019s mother, Amanda Gallagher, is an employee of Bellisio Foods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Foundation for Appalachia (FAO) partners with Bellisio Foods and others to support the educational pursuits of students in Appalachian Ohio and beyond. The Bellisio Foods Scholarship is open twice a year for students to apply (February and October).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FAO creates opportunities for people in Appalachian Ohio by inspiring and supporting philanthropy.
