Priority will be given to community-based and grassroots organizations supporting local communities with services and resources offered outside hospital system settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are excited to invest in community organizations benefiting health and wellness in the communities we serve,\u201d said Matt Elli, chair of the Southeast Ohio Health and Wellness Foundation Fund. \u201cWe look forward to supporting programs and organizations that help make our communities healthier and stronger.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible projects and programs must serve communities in the fund\u2019s eight-county service area, which includes: Belmont, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas counties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funding requests should be between $500 and $5,000. A total of up to $25,000 is available to award in this application round. Additional information and the application are available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.AppalachianOhio.org\/Southeast-Ohio-Health-and-Wellness\">www.AppalachianOhio.org\/Southeast-Ohio-Health-and-Wellness<\/a>.
