Frederick M. Ervin III Legacy Funds

Vera Gable of Hocking County created two funds in memory of her son, Frederick M. “Rick” Ervin III. Rick grew up in Logan, Ohio, and developed a passion for television – specifically television engineering – as a preschooler. He pursued this passion throughout his youth, education, and career. Amassing a resume across the United States, Rick’s final role was as Chief Engineer for Sinclair Broadcast Group’s Columbus ABC 6 and Fox 28. These memorial funds honor Rick’s professionalism, dedication to his craft, and consideration for others
